Malaysian Paediatric Association (MPA)
Membership applications and renewals can be processed at the MPA Hospitality Suite, located in Pinnacle 3, Level 3D, Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel, during the congress.
FACULTY REGISTRATION & SPEAKERS SLIDE PREVIEW ROOM
Faculty registration and the Slide Preview Room are located at Pinnacle 5, Level 3D, Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel. Faculty members may collect their congress kits and badges during the following hours:

DELEGATE BADGE COLLECTION
Pre-registered delegates may collect their badges at the On-site Registration and Pre-Registered Delegates counters located in front of the Pinnacle 3 entrance (Level 3D, near the lift landing).

Conference Badges/Tags
Delegates must wear their official conference badges/tags to access scientific sessions. Entry will not be permitted without a valid badge/tag. A reissuance fee of USD 50+ (MYR 240.00+) applies for lost badges/tags, subject to verification of the original registration payment.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all conference rooms, the exhibition foyer, and throughout the Level 3D floor.
MOBILE PHONES
Please ensure all mobile devices are switched to silent mode during all scientific sessions.
Language
The official language of the Congress is English.
E-CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Delegates will receive an E-Certificate of Attendance via their registered email after submitting the Feedback Evaluation Form through the Mobile Web App. Certificates will be available for download starting the final day of the event after the first tea break,
PRAYER ROOM
Prayer rooms are available on of the Level 3D of the Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel.
LIABILITY/DISCLAIMER
The organising committee shall not be held responsible for accommodation issues, personal accidents, illness, losses or damages. Delegates are advised to arrange their own personal insurance and travel accommodation for the duration of the congress.

While every attempt will be made to ensure that all scheduled sessions and events takes places as announced, the organising committee reserves the right to make last-minute changes should the need arise due to unforeseen circumstances.
