Registration Terms & Conditions

• All registration fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for Malaysian delegates and US Dollar for International delegates.
• Registration fees are inclusive of 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST).
• Levies or charges are subject to change in accordance with the Malaysian Government legislation.
• For administrative purposes, USD is fixed at an exchange rate of 1 USD = 4.0 MYR
• Confirmation ID will be sent via email upon receipt of FULL registration fees.
• Pre-Registration Deadline is 4th OCTOBER 2026
• MO Trainees are required to provide a letter from their Head of Department to confirm attendees’ status upon registration.
• Payment receipt and Registration Confirmation ID will be sent via email upon the receipt of FULL registration fees.
• In the event that the Malaysian Paediatric Association (MPA) is required to cancel the Congress due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control-including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government directives, venue closure, or civil unrest-MPA will provide written notification to all sponsors and offer one of the following options:
  
  • A full transfer of the sponsorship package to the next scheduled MPA Annual Congress; OR
  • A refund of the sponsorship fee, subject to allowable deductions. These deductions may include:
    
    • Bank transfer fees
    • Currency conversion charges
    • Administrative processing fees
    • Third-party costs already incurred (e.g., booth construction, printing of materials)
    • Advertising or promotional items that have already been delivered
• All sponsorship items, exhibition booths, and lunch symposium slots are allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Allocation is determined by the date and time the Host (MPA) receives the completed Sponsorship Booking Form together with full payment or official proof of payment.
• Sponsorship Cancellation / Refund Policy
  If a sponsor voluntarily withdraws for reasons unrelated to the event cancellation:
  • More than 150 days before the event: 50% of the sponsorship fee will be refunded.
  • 120–150 days before the event: 25% of the sponsorship fee will be refunded.
  • Less than 120 days before the event: No refund will be provided.

Payment Schedule

For payment via online transfer and telegraphic transfer, please remit payment to below account payable to MALAYSIAN PAEDIATRIC ASSOCIATION prior to online registration before/On 28th September 2026, the deadline of Pre-registration.

You are required to attach the proof of payment to us via email at secretariat@mpa2026.org to complete your registration process.
