Registration Cancellations Policy and Terms and Conditions
After You Have Registered
- E-badge will be sent via to your registered email for your name tag collection during the conference day.
- For any amendment, please contact the Congress Secretariat before 31st August 2026 in writing. For each amendment or modification requested after 1st September 2026, an administration fee of USD 50 / MYR 240.00 will be charged.
- For cancellations to your registration, refer to the Cancellation Policy indicated.
Cancellations Policy
- Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing/email to the Congress Secretariat.
- Cancellation received on 1st September 2026 will receive a full refund less USD 50 / MYR 240.00 for administrative fee.
- No refund will be made for any cancellation received on 29th September 2026. You may however nominate another person or representative to substitute your registration at an administration fee of USD 50 / MYR 240.00.
- All applicable refunds will be made within two months after the Congress is held.
- The cancellation policy is non-negotiable.
