Registration Cancellations Policy and Terms and Conditions

After You Have Registered
  • E-badge will be sent via to your registered email for your name tag collection during the conference day.
  • For any amendment, please contact the Congress Secretariat before 31st August 2026 in writing. For each amendment or modification requested after 1st September 2026, an administration fee of USD 50 / MYR 240.00 will be charged.
  • For cancellations to your registration, refer to the Cancellation Policy indicated.
Cancellations Policy
  • Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing/email to the Congress Secretariat.
  • Cancellation received on 1st September 2026 will receive a full refund less USD 50 / MYR 240.00 for administrative fee.
  • No refund will be made for any cancellation received on 29th September 2026.
  • You may however nominate another person or representative to substitute your registration at an administration fee of USD 50 / MYR 240.00.
  • All applicable refunds will be made within two months after the Congress is held.
  • The cancellation policy is non-negotiable.
